Tackling Fast Fashion

Helloo! If you didn't know, I'm very passionate about the environment and one area that I've really tried to change is with fast fashion. It is heartbreaking seeing so many people buy an outfit and wear it once and do nothing with it or throw it out.  I've tried to reduce what I'm buying but also only purchase second hand clothing and today I'm going to share where I get them from! Live In The Moment

Ok so I saw something today and it really bothered me and basically I'm going to rant about it. So in my class, we have to do these booklets about careers etc and it's all about planning your life. I don't mean like 'I want to go to university and become a director and get married and live in London' I mean like 'This is my dream job which I will have achieved by this date and if I don't achieve it, this is what I'll do instead which isn't as good'.  This just made me so mad. Why should we have to plan every tiny detail of our lives? What happened to mystery and living in the moment?!! I understand and agree that it's good to have a vague plan but you don't need to plan every second of the next 40 years out!! That's so boring and will just end in disappointment! The Scary Scary Future

It can't be just me that's scared by the future right? I'm constantly thinking about when i'm older and what job I'll have or where I'll live and what my new day-to-day plans will be. I'm so excited to find out all about future Charis and what her life will be like, but I'm also quite scared. What if it's not what I want, what if I'm not happy or I just settled in a job or relationship where I'm not happy? (I don't see myself settling for something where I'm not happy, but you never know) Will I still be obsessed with social media? Will I have made more short films? Will I have finally created a photography portfolio??? So many questions, but no answers. I'm a great planner, I love to plan things, especially unrealistic things.
