Spring Summer Fashion Trends | SS19

Hellooo!
I'm back! I haven't written a blog spot in years but I am so excited to get back into it!

When I went to the Belfast Fashion Week Press Launch, I found out all the upcoming SS19 trends and thought I would share it all with you. (More info on BFW tickets later on)

Patchwork

 I'm so excited for this trend, especially as I've never tried it! I want to try more sustainable fashion so with this trend, I think this is the perfect opportunity!



Pops of Neon

Love this trend, especially for Summer! I'm always a fan for a pop of colour, especially neon! Love how this outfit is styled with two bright colours but still looks amazing!


Boiler-suits

I think boiler-suits look amazing but sadly I've never tried them. Not even a play-suit or jumpsuit! Not sure why I'm missing this great trend but this could be the season it all changes! Also how unreal is this silver jacket?!


Neutrals & Corduroy

I hate to admit but I'm not a huge corduroy gal, but I am a fan of neutral outfits!! This outfit isn't too neutral with the bright pink cardigan but they're definitely coming back!


Animal Print

 Now this is a print that I am definitely behind! I am slowly and surely getting on this trend and I am loving it!! Very glad it is here to stay and look how fantastic Kate Grant models it!

Happiness

Happiness is something everyone wants but doesn't realise how easy it is to have. So many things bring happiness and if people took more time to appreciate the little things then maybe they would all be a bit happier. This sounds like an angry rant but it's not, it's more of a desperate plea to the world. All I want in life is to be happy. I think a lot of other people share that hope. I don't understand why people will constantly make others sad or angry and just plain unhappy if they themselves want to be happy. Why would you not want others to be happy? By bringing others happiness, it usually makes us feel happier so why wouldn't you do it. I don't understand why people can be so mean and cruel to each other. I'm not talking about wars and terrorist attacks, although whats up with them?!! I mean plain and simple bullying. The Scary Scary Future

It can't be just me that's scared by the future right? I'm constantly thinking about when i'm older and what job I'll have or where I'll live and what my new day-to-day plans will be. I'm so excited to find out all about future Charis and what her life will be like, but I'm also quite scared. What if it's not what I want, what if I'm not happy or I just settled in a job or relationship where I'm not happy? (I don't see myself settling for something where I'm not happy, but you never know) Will I still be obsessed with social media? Will I have made more short films? Will I have finally created a photography portfolio??? So many questions, but no answers. I'm a great planner, I love to plan things, especially unrealistic things.
