It can't be just me that's scared by the future right? I'm constantly thinking about when i'm older and what job I'll have or where I'll live and what my new day-to-day plans will be. I'm so excited to find out all about future Charis and what her life will be like, but I'm also quite scared. What if it's not what I want, what if I'm not happy or I just settled in a job or relationship where I'm not happy? (I don't see myself settling for something where I'm not happy, but you never know) Will I still be obsessed with social media? Will I have made more short films? Will I have finally created a photography portfolio??? So many questions, but no answers. I'm a great planner, I love to plan things, especially unrealistic things. I love to dream up silly ways to be discovered and become successful. But I know that I won't just be walking down the street and someone will shout and offer me my dream job, I know that. I just...

So before I started this blog, I wanted it to be music based and that obviously hasn't happened so here we go, my first music post. Feel quite nervous now.. So I wasn't sure how to start but I just want to explain who I've been loving at the moment as in college, we have been planning radio shows and been listening to A LOT of music and I've fallen back in love with a lot of songs and artists that I had forgotten about. So enough rambling, this is it! First artist I want to talk about is alt-J. Alt-J is an English band who I discovered through Spotify, heads up, a lot of these artists will be people I discovered through Spotify. They have two albums out, An Awesome Wave and This Is All Yours. I listen mostly to This Is All Yours but both are incredible. Joe Newman, who does lead vocals, has an incredible voice and it's almost hynoptic. So 2014, that was a roller coaster wasn't it? Today I thought I would show my 2014 in photos, some, probably most, of these haven't been shared online so world exclusive I guess...
