Music You NEED To Listen To
So before I started this blog, I wanted it to be music based and that obviously hasn't happened so here we go, my first music post. Feel quite nervous now.. So I wasn't sure how to start but I just want to explain who I've been loving at the moment as in college, we have been planning radio shows and been listening to A LOT of music and I've fallen back in love with a lot of songs and artists that I had forgotten about. So enough rambling, this is it! First artist I want to talk about is alt-J. Alt-J is an English band who I discovered through Spotify, heads up, a lot of these artists will be people I discovered through Spotify. They have two albums out, An Awesome Wave and This Is All Yours. I listen mostly to This Is All Yours but both are incredible. Joe Newman, who does lead vocals, has an incredible voice and it's almost hynoptic.
